In June this past Summer, an incredibly cute MMO that I had been enjoying closed its servers. ・°・(ノД｀)・°・  But, I enjoyed it heartily in the time that I played!

I’m a big fan of X-Legends’ games!!  Their artwork and character designs are sooo cuute, and they always have the most colorful and whimsical backgrounds and settings.  Spirit Tales was ESPECIALLY whimsical, because it was the ‘tiniest’ and cutest of their games, in terms of character design~

This is going to be a reeeeaaally image-heavy post, so I’m putting a cut here!!  Check out the rest of my memories (and my cute spicy red bunny character) below!

This is RedCinnamon (just Red is fine!) and he is a Blade Mage!!
That means he fights with little daggers and attacks with wind magic,
also summoning magical nature-themed butterflies for buffs.

Look at how cute the setting is!
A bunnytown needs plentiful carrots,
and a cute scarecrow to keep them safe!

Also, Red has a tiny ponytail at the back of his hair.
This is a Very Important Detail.

A mysterious natural formation of the legendary “X3 bunny face” in the ground.

The area down there looks so pretty!!
Notice also the beautiful face in the bark of the tree,
and glowing magical particles.

A gift for noob characters was this pirate hat lol.
I think that this is also the point where I bumped up my video quality.

This mushroom pet will be sticking beside him for a looong time.

Also, the leaves littering the ground look beautiful.

and elaborate bamboo fountain setup.

but I actually captured it because I loved the beautiful texture
of the leaves, and the abstract shapes that they make. n_n

Okay we are deep in Spooksville now.
But more importantly, those giant roses have faces in them.

Small places like this make me with I could live in these RPG worlds.

Just entering Spring Valley, the beautiful pink foliage and purple skies
make for a breathtaking sight!!

My garden would be filled with the adorable abstract flowers
that I admire so much…

For a dungeon, this place remains just as pretty as the outside.
I adore the hanging pink petals from that big tree.

I do not know the odds of an enemy dropping themselves as a pet,
but I got this guy.

I remember taking these two pics so that I would have a reference
for Red’s front and back.
It wasn’t long after this that the game closed forever,
so my timing was pretty good.

I had just entered this lovely Lake Kirin place and was admiring the architecture
when I stopped playing…

This was as far as I saw in the game, and I wish that I had played more
so that I could have seen more of this precious game’s beautiful, imaginative scenery.

But, I have immortalized my memories of Spirit Tales by sharing these pics here. c:
