A new outfit for Chime-chan, the Cute Art Club mascot! Chime is designed by ZeroLifePoints and you can see her in her usual outfit here.

When I read that we were to design a new outfit for the mascot, my first thought was “BLOOMERALLS!” *o* So here, have some bloomeralls. And lots of bows and hearts. And a frilly lace parasol.
