This doll was the first one to catch my eye! She’s cute, in a Hot Topic sort of way.

I like her flouncy dress, and the colorful streaks in her hair. It’s hard to tell from the pictures, but I think they might be metallic/tinsel streaks, too!

I was wondering what was “monstrous” about a Cleopatra-inspired doll, but I think I realize now that she might be a mummy?

What struck me was that brilliant aqua color scheme. n_n I love it!

Okay, I think I am unfairly biased in favor of the Sweet 1600 line of dolls.

It’s the poofy dresses! I cannot resist them!

The other thing I’m realizing about these dolls is that they all have FABULOUS hair.

THIS is the exact thing I would have looooved to own when I was little. I would have spent hours just admiring all the tiny little details.

Can we talk about how fabulous this would be as an actual vacation house? The hot-pink-and-zebra-print bed rests on a loft, with a scrolling rail in front of it personalized with your own initial… and there’s a chandelier over it.

I was always totally in love with all of the Barbie dolls that had changing hair colors, but my Mom never let me get them. XD

Probably was afraid I’d make a mess with them… and probably right.

Princess Charm School is another cgi Barbie movie that I haven’t seen yet.

Hopefully we’ll see a color Tamagotchi on our shores someday soon. :3 And hopefully it will be as blinged-out and fab as this.

The Corner Shop games are mainly mini-game driven, but there is quirky craziness to the art style as is the norm in Tamagotchi land.

Hmmm… I might have to check this game out. It’s giving me inspiration to do another This Game I’m Playing… :3

Lovelitchi is one of my absolute favorite characters in the Tama universe. She has a super secret magical idol identity named Lovelin, which is what this is a plush of. :3

Anyway, this is the most recent English-version virtual pet toy. They were available in stores like Toys R Us pretty recently, but I haven’t seen them there lately. ;_;

Sadly they don’t have a color screen, but there are tons of characters you can get plus a whole lot of random events that can trigger.

The cool/unique thing about the Tama-Go was that you could collect these Gotchi Figure toys that clicked on to the top of the device, and each character unlocked bonus minigames and a shop where you could buy unique items. I have a blue Memetchi Tama-Go and Gotchi Figures of Violetchi and Chamametchi – I have had hours of fun playing with them!! ^o^

I didn’t even know about some of these! I would love to get Makiko and Kuromametchi. :O

The techniques are simple enough that beginners can pick up on them easily, but there’s so much packed in here that experienced crafters will find tons of inspiration as well.

Sheets of colored felt and basic sewing skills (and sometimes a little glue for the final, decorative touches) are all that are required to whip up these luscious-looking and guilt-free confections.

Mermaid Tale 2 is the newest CG Barbie movie that’s been released. And yup, I’ll admit it… I watch them sometimes. . 3.

Wuahh if I still played with Barbies, I would soooooo be all over this little collection. ;~; The designs of those dresses are just perfect.

Reminds me so much of the fantasy adventures I’d come up with for my dolls. This one wardrobe inspires so many stories for adventurous fairy princesses~
