Trippiest freaking thing I have ever drawn. This is what Pretty Cure does to me.

Cure Rhythm’s outfit is, like, my dream costume. If I were a magical girl I would want to be wearing that. Actually I want to be wearing that even without being a magical girl. But being a magical girl would be preferred.

Cosplay potential? You friggin’ bet.

Cute Cuddly Bad Boy Critters

Things holding my interest currently. Tamagotchi and Jewelpet. Been raising two different versions simultaneously of the former, and watching episodes of the latter when coming home from work late at night to relax.

Both of them fill me with cuddly joy.

I see Dian and Kuromametchi hanging out and being bffs if they lived in the same universe. I mean, twin kitty-ear piercings! And they both manage to be weird ‘bad boy’ archetypes, despite being small and adorable and cuddly.

This deviation was titled “Jewelgotchi” until that last sentence made me want to change it.

I love Tamagotchi so much. c: Anyone with some free time should pick up the new Tama-Go if they are in a toy store. >3< I have sooo much fun playing it. I got Lovelitchi on my first play and was so happy.     Tamagotchi belongs to Bandai

Purantchi Growth Chart

August 2010

A Tamagotchi group on DA was holding a contest and inviting its members to create six new Tamagotchi characters, based on what sort of characters you wish existed in the Tama world! So, I went with PRETTY PLANTS. Even though the Violet Family already exists – my belief is that Violetchi is NOT PRETTY ENOUGH.

Hopefully my growth chart is pretty clear. Seedtchi is the baby, and depending upon how it’s taken care of, it may grow into either Sproutchi or Rootchi. Rootchi only grows into Apputchi as an adult, but Sproutchi may become Purantchi or Himepurantchi (a character that, in my imagination, would require a special item before evolving!).

Prettymuch this whole thing was just an excuse to draw Himepurantchi. <3<3 This was especially fun because I don't normally do monster designs, even though I'd like to. It's fun to be submitting things besides people. Variety is the spice of life!     Tamagotchi belongs to Bandai, but these particular characters are mine

Mikoto

Desudesudesu. Generic anime guy. I used my trusty ol’ soft-shaded cel technique, plus random things I’ve learned from tutorials, plus whatever techniques felt right to do at the time.

I think that this is the first time in my life that I have ever successfully done the “all hair originating from a single point” thing.

The subject matter is Mikoto from Princess Princess; he rarely smiles like this, and don’t let him catch you calling him ‘Miko-chan.’
