My previous adventure games writeup covered many fantasy-themed stories, so here’s some with spookier undertones!  You’ll see they have the same air of mystery about them, and my most favorite part, THIS BEAUTIFUL ART WORK!

Dangerous Games: Illusionist

The first annual Championship of Illusionists ended in tragedy. Twenty years later, the event is back, and you’ve been asked to write a story about it. It promises to be entertaining news… but things go straight to the front page when a mysterious red-masked man appears out of thin air to abduct the first contestant! Stranger still, the hotel owner claims the man died during the previous competition! Who is the mysterious Red Mask, and what does he want? You’ll have to unravel a series of strange and mysterious illusions to find out. Just be careful – nothing is as it seems in this exciting Mystery Puzzle Adventure game!

Lately I have been obsessed with the idea of building up a wardrobe built around a “cherubic angel” theme~  Inspired in no small part by a certain favorite Super Smash Bros character, I’m happy to have several golden hair accessories and jewelry and flowy white clothing items now~

This comes in two colors, both black and white~
An interesting variation would be to put a “dark angel” outfit together,
you can totally do it! 😀  Dark Pit would be so proud.

Goddess Golden Laurel Headband

I feel like this is the weakest part of the outfit, but at only 5 bucks
it was a good piece for padding up the golden jewelry selection.
Later I found some better gold laurel pieces, keep scrolling!

Gold Leaf Hair Clip in 2 Styles

This looks positively goddess-like –
a good, small accessory that you can wear with any outfit
to add some golden gleam.

Cupid’s Bow Gold & Rhinestone Necklace

It was reeeaaaallly hard finding a bow & arrow necklace
that wasn’t related to The Hunger Games!
I worked so hard to find this and it turned out to be so beautiful
everything was worth it *cries*

Gold Leaves Goddess Metal Headband

I don’t actually own this piece yet, but I found it the other week at Claire’s,
and it’s SO PERFECT I MUST HAVE IT!!
It’s SO accurate to Pit’s laurels, it’s unfair.
Ahh, I have to go back and get it soon, before it’s gone!

I don’t have a link for the double golden bracelets that are pictured in my first photo up there,
but they should be easy to find!  Mine came from the pharmacy LOL, and they
were packaged with a bamillion other colors for just $1!

Sonic Adventure DX

Some of the most way-past-cool Sonic cheesiness comes from this game,
which is when Sonic at his best.  A classic.
I already have the Station Square music repeating in my head just thinking about it.

Landstalker: The Treasures of King Nole

This one, a lot of folks probably missed, but it’s one of the cool RPG memories of mine.
Nigel is cool enough that he got to be included in the cast of a later RPG of Sega’s on the Dreamcast,
called Time Stalkers, which is a terrible game, but it’s one of my most favorite terrible games.
I have a lot of favorite terrible games.

Jet Set Radio

This is hip and funky and way too cool for me –
I’m just not cool enough to promote something this funky fresh.
It’s awesome – check it out if you like music, and graffiti, and roller skating.

Shining Force

Another important RPG I have strong memories of.
Shining Force is like Fire Emblem’s goofy younger brother that you were friends with at school
while his cool older brother went to a different school.
And years later, you’re like, “Dude wtf I didn’t know you had an older brother!”

I do still love the characters in this one, though.
I did lots of drawings and doodles of them in the margins of note paper
while I was a young schoolgoing lass.

NiGHTS Into Dreams

This game is just beautiful.
It’s filled with so much imagination and wonder. :3

I have been trying to get my hands on these Super Smash Bros Amiibos too. oAo Pit is my favorite character, I want him more than anything!
